Accessing your information

If any of the information you have provided to us has changed (i.e. your email address, home address, name, contact number for payment enquiries) please update your details in your ‘My Account’ area.

Should you wish to view  the personal information that we hold about you please write to us at our company headquarters. You will need to include a brief description about the information you require to enable it to be located, proof of identification and payment of our £10 administration fee (cheque to Progressive Enterprises Ltd) We will then respond to you within 40 days of the date of your request.
