INTRODUCING OUR NEW CEMENTITIOUS GROUT!
SkilledBuild CEMENTITIOUS GROUT is the latest product developed in our Crack Repair Range. Our Cementitious Grout has been developed using the most innovative and high tech cement additives to create an enhanced product which offers superior strength but still maintains excellent workability. The thixotropic cement based cementitious grout is perfect for masonry repairs and installing SpiraCoil Crack Stitching Bars or similar Helical wire products.
The product is supplied in a kit within the handy mixing bucket. The powder is first added to the bucket, then 3/4 of the liquid supplied in the bottles is added to the mix. The grout is then blended slowly using a mixing paddle and a power drill. The grout is installed using the SkilledBuild Grout Gun (or similar product) and should be used quickly once mixed for best results.
What does the Cementitious Grout Kit Contain?
- 1 x bag of Cement Based Powder
- 2 x 500ml of liquid additive.
- Well packaged and self containing mixing tub.

How to Mix the Cementitious Grout
1. Fully prepare the work areas and cut the Helical Wire ready for installation.
2. Remove the bagged powder and liquid bottles from the cemetitious grout tub.
3. Empty 3/4 of the liquid into the empty tub. Note that the powder and bottles are in 2 bags and bottles allowing you to create 1/2 loads.
4. Add all the cementitious grout powder to the tub.
5. Mix the cementitious grout slowly using an electric drill with mixing paddle, until the mixture is smooth.
6. Add the remaining liquid until the mix is at the desired consistency.
7. Apply the cementitious grout using a mortar gun but note that the grout become thicker when left in the tub.
- SpiraGrout is non-hazardous, but work cleanly and adhere to the PPE regulations.
- Remove grout splashes from skin with soap and water and in cases of eye contact wash with cold clean water for 10-15 minutes.
- Seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Are there any situations when I should not use SpiraGrout Masonry Repair Grout?
Under no circumstances should the grout be used where freezing may occur; it should also not be applied into dry or water logged holes or chases as in these situations the masonry repair grout's performance may be impaired.
