HydroBloc+ SealPlug
HydroBloc+ SealPlug is a cementitious, quick-setting compound which instantly stops water leaks. It comes in powder form and when mixed with water forms a putty which should be directly applied to the site of the active leak. In addition, it is multi-purpose and can also be used to provide anchor sites for wall fixings.
This is a great product used by plumbers, masonry works and DIY enthusiasts alike for a vast range of small rapid hardening building repairs; it is the first stage of SkilledBuild's 3 step HydrBloc+ System, which is follwed by the application of HydroBloc+ Tanking Slurry and HydroBloc+ Junction Fillet to form a complete waterproof tanking system.

How To Install HydroBloc+ SealPlug
Preparation:

Ensure area to be plugged is clear of dirt.

Narrow cracks must be opened up to a few millimetres using a chisel or grinder.
Mixing and Application:

Mix SealPlug powder with clean water at a rate of 4:1 and blend until the product takes on a ‘putty’ like consistency.

Immediately work the putty deep into the crack and hold firmly in place for approximately 60 seconds, whilst the SealPlug firms to the touch and stays in position when released.

After a few minutes the SealPlug will begin to cure hard. Now apply HydroBloc+ Tanking Slurry (Part 2) as detailed below.
Please note, severe leaks with significant hydrostatic pressure may force the plug out of position prior to curing.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Dust off spillages on skin and wash well with soap and water for 10-15 minutes.
