SKILLEDBUILD PU FOAM CLEANER is a no-nonsense, high strength, universal solvent cleaner designed to digest and remove uncured foam from applicator guns, walls and tools quickly and easily.The foam simply melts away like magic!
A must have product if you own a PU foam gun, as it will extend its life, keep it in good working order and looking like new.

Most Suited For:
- Removing and dissolving fresh, uncured PU-foam.
Not Suited For:
- Removing cured PU-foam.
Certificates/Approvals:
- Complies with the latest EU regulations banning all CFC-propellants.
- Development and manufacture of this product is subject to an approved quality assurance system according to ISO 9001/EN 29001.
Required H&S Products:
- Respiratory Mask (Filter A).
- Impervious Gloves - for example, PVC gloves or nitrile gloves.
- Goggles/ Safety Glasses.
- A suitable waste container and a cloth should be at hand for disposal of waste fluids and wiping away cleaner fluid and dissolved PU foam residues.
- Remove the PU foam can from the gun.
- Use the spray head on the gun foam cleaner can to clean the adapter part and the outer body of the gun.
- Remove the red spray head from the gun foam cleaner can and carefully screw the can on to the gun.
- For safety reasons, the gun trigger should be pulled whilst screwing on the cleaner can. This will depressurise the gun.
- Pull the trigger to purge the gun.
- As soon as the cleaning fluid appears at the tip of the gun, release the trigger and allow the cleaner to work inside the gun for about 2 minutes, then flush out the gun into a waste container.
- Repeat procedure until only clean fluid comes out of the gun.
- Then remove foam cleaner canister from the gun.

- Highly flammable. In use may form highly flammable vapour-air mixture. Keep away from sources of ignition – no smoking. Do not breathe vapour and spray. Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Vapours gathering in insufficiently ventilated areas may cause flammable and noxious concentrations.
- Irritant. Use only in a well ventilated area.
- Avoid eye contact.
- Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
- Thoroughly wash hands with soap and water after use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Some people are more sensitive to chemical products than others. If irritation occurs discontinue use.

Can I use the Foam Cleaner to clean cured foam.
No, if you want to remove cured foam you will have to do this mechanically.
Is it ok to use Foam Cleaner on any surface?
This product contains acetone, therefore it may dissolve or discolour surfaces such as plastics, lacquers, coatings, paints, textiles etc. It is advised that you use this product with extreme care and test suitability before use.
